Our team
Martin Nielsen has assisted and worked at Djurhuus Catering since the age of 15 and because of this very experienced. He was a chefs apprentice at Hotel Føroyar and has since then worked in the culinary business.
Rúni Djurhuus is a qualified chef. He has extensive culinary experience. He started his journey in 1999, as an apprentice at Hotel Hafnia. He finished his education in 2003 and from this has over 20 years experience.
Our mission and passion is to give great service and to always serve good and tasty food.
